Our information-first approach
Our directory contains named scholarship and funding programmes across multiple countries and territories, plus multi-country schemes. Profiles are not duplicated by the number of awards or host universities. This is independent information, not an official application portal. Being listed does not mean a round is open.
What a review date means
Each profile records the date of the editorial review of available official material. It does not mean the provider released a new call on that day, or that every nationality-specific rule was checked. The directory is not connected to a universal live scholarship feed. The optional live AI finder researches sources for a particular request; it does not rewrite or continuously refresh this directory. Open the provider’s current page before applying.
How application status works
Open: an application window was identified at review. Upcoming: a forthcoming round was announced or described by the provider; read the timing note for its certainty. Closed: the recorded round has ended and remains available for planning. Rolling: the source describes applications without a single fixed cut-off. Automatic consideration: assessment is linked to admission, not necessarily a separate scholarship application. Check provider: dates vary, a current window is not confirmed, or the relevant source needs rechecking.
After a stored deadline passes, an open or upcoming entry is shown as closed. Reviews older than 90 days are flagged; stale open, upcoming or rolling labels become “Check provider”. This does not discover a new round or refresh eligibility. Date-only fields are not exact timezone countdowns; provider-local deadlines control.
Funding categories
Full funding generally combines tuition with substantial living support under the programme’s terms; travel, dependants or incidental costs may be excluded. Partial funding covers only part of the tuition or other costs. Tuition-only does not include living support. Varies by award covers schemes with different funding levels or conditional packages. Always read the coverage and exclusions on the official page.
Destinations and eligibility
Country filters indicate study destinations, not applicant nationality. Language, citizenship, residence, subject, academic and nomination requirements vary. A filter match is not a determination of eligibility. The directory is broad but does not claim to include every country or every scholarship.
Corrections and independence
Email support@scholarlycircle.com with the programme name and official source when a date, link or condition has changed. Featured profiles are editorial selections, not claimed partnerships. Paid application support is optional and has no influence over the provider’s selection decision.
