Information and independent support
Scholarly Circle provides scholarship information, educational guidance and optional application support. We are not a university, government agency, scholarship-awarding body or immigration law firm. Programme names are used for identification, not to imply affiliation or endorsement.
Verify each opportunity
Scholarship profiles are general overviews. Eligibility, deadlines, coverage and application processes can change. Check the current official call and relevant country or programme rules before relying on any information or submitting an application.
Scope and prices
Published prices are in US dollars and cover the stated support package or consultation duration. We agree the scope, intake, timing and payment arrangements before work starts. University charges, tests, translations, visa fees and other third-party costs are excluded unless specifically agreed in writing. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
Authenticity and applicant approval
You must provide accurate information and authentic documents. Writing and research-proposal support is based on your experience and ideas. You remain responsible for the accuracy of final materials and for complying with institutional rules on third-party and AI assistance. We support submission on your behalf only with your authorisation and where the provider permits it. Otherwise, you submit personally with our guidance.
No promised outcomes
Service fees pay for agreed work, not for scholarship awards, admissions, supervisor responses or visas. Selection decisions belong to the responsible institutions. No outcome is guaranteed.
Consultation requests, cancellations and refunds
Submitting a request does not book a time or make a payment. Availability and meeting details are confirmed separately. The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements must be supplied and agreed in writing before payment. No unpublished rule removes rights available under applicable law.
Scholarship Finder
Profile matches are research leads, not eligibility decisions or promises of funding. Live AI search, when connected, researches permitted official-source domains and can make mistakes or return fewer than six leads. Review sources and provider conditions before applying. Search limits apply, and availability depends on the external service. Directory matching remains a separate non-AI option.
Fair use
Do not misuse the forms, interfere with the website or send another person’s confidential information without permission. Downloaded checklists and guides are provided for personal application preparation.
Contact and changes
Use the contact page for service questions or concerns. Material changes to an agreed paid scope require agreement; website updates do not silently change a prior service agreement.
